Who we are

The Lead Furnace (“The Lead Furnace,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a service of Lemon Head Design LLC, a Utah limited liability company. We build websites, lead follow-up systems, and marketing for home service businesses. This policy explains what information we collect through go.theleadfurnace.com and its forms, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

We collect information you give us, such as your name, mobile phone number, email address, business name, website, trade, city, and anything you include in a message or form.

We also collect some information automatically when you use our website, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, the page that sent you here, and campaign details in the link you clicked. We collect this through cookies and similar tools.

When we provide services to a client, we may handle information about that client’s customers, such as call records and messages, on the client’s behalf. That information belongs to the client and is handled under our agreement with them.

How we use your information

• To prepare and send the Lead Leak Report or anything else you ask for
• To contact you by phone, text, or email about your request and our services
• To run, secure, and improve our website
• To measure how our advertising performs
• To meet legal obligations and protect our rights

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, The Lead Furnace, a service of Lemon Head Design LLC, may send you messages about your inquiry, appointments, account updates, and offers. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Agreeing to receive texts is never a condition of using our website or buying our services. Our Terms of Service describe our text messaging program in full.

We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising

We use cookies and similar tools, including the Meta Pixel and Google analytics and advertising tools, to understand how people use our website and to measure and improve our ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can manage ad preferences in your Google and Meta account settings.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these situations:

• With service providers who help us run our business, such as website hosting, customer relationship software, phone and text messaging, email, and analytics, and only so they can do that work for us. This never includes sharing text messaging opt-in data or consent.
• When the law requires it, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our business, our clients, or others
• As part of a merger, sale, or transfer of our business, in which case this policy will continue to apply to your information

How long we keep information

We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

How we protect information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No website or system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you the personal information we have about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can opt out of our emails and texts at any time. To make a request, contact us using the information below. We may need to confirm your identity before we act on a request.

Children

Our website is for business owners and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
